ITINERARY
Travelers arrive in the capital city of Dublin, collect the car and spend the first night at the 4-star Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa, located in the scenic countryside just 30-minutes from the airport. Next, head north to Enniskillen in Northern Ireland, for two nights at the 5-star Lough Erne Resort, with its magnificent lakeside golf course - golf fees not included (see Lough Erne Resort). While in Enniskillen, visitors can choose to explore the nearby Belleek Pottery Visitor Centre or the Marble Arch Caves Geopark, witih its underground river. For true relaxation, The Thai Spa at Lough Erne is a one-of-a-kind experience in all of Ireland (treatments are extra).
From Enniskillen, head over to the west coast of Ireland for two nights at Galway's posh Glenlo Abbey (see Glenlo Abbey Hotel) where among the hotels many amenities, guests may try their hand at archery or clay pigeon shooting, or more golf. Considered the cultural heart of Ireland, Galway offers plenty of opportunities for visitors to experience the artistic glory of Ireland. Next, head around the beautiful Galway Bay, down to Killarney, home to many of Ireland's favorite attractions, with two nights at the upscale Killarney Park Hotel. While in Killarney, guests may choose to visit the Muckross House & Gardens or take a day trip to the Gap of Dunloe, the stunning Cliffs of Moher or the Ring of Kerry. Finally, it's back to Dublin where visitors will have the opportunity to take in the many sites and attractions of the capital city.
